I lovelovelove Fruits Basket! And that moment. And just... GUH. It's totally one of the most endearing animes (and mangas) that I've finished completely. The manga is much better than the anime though, the anime ending is rather abrupt and leaves a lot of things unanswered, as I recall.

I also recommend Ouran High School Host Club if you haven't seen that (I only watched that one). Ooooh, and Mars! I don't think that one has an anime but it was my first EVER manga and the fact that I *still* love it says something.

YAY! I had no idea anyone else on my f-list liked Fruits Basket! :D Yeees, that's one of my favorite moments. Gah! *flails* I remember the first time I went to her house and watched it, I was like ".....Kyo!" and she just laughed because that had been her reaction too.

Yes! The manga is so much more complete. I remember when we finished the anime and then found out that there wouldn't be anymore, I was not happy. LOL.

Ooooh! I don't think I've seen that one - the other one that I remember was His and Hers Circumstances or something along those lines. Took place mostly at a school and the top male and female student fall for each other and he's got this sad past and her family is sort of insane. (I could've just described anything, lol.) And X! Did you ever watch that one? Kind of intense and could be bloody but wow.

I'll have to check those ones out though, yay!

Kare Kano! Yeah, I've read it and seen the anime. :D I really like that one too, although it's been years since I've read/seen it. That was another early one for me, so it's definitely been awhile.
